Mellow Mushroom in Auburn

Awesome place. Great choices for food. We had salads and pizza and we were very pleased. We were just visitors to town but would come here again on our next visit.

Must try the holy shiitake mushroom pizza. Best mellow mushroom I’ve been to.

Food is excellent. Very kid friendly. Large selection of beers.

Great pizza as always but meh beer selection

My husband and I ate at Mellow Mushroom after the Auburn v Alabama game. We were greeted and seated as we walked in the door. Services was fantastic. Food was exactly as we requested and delicious. We had a wonderful game day experience at Mellow Mushroom. Oh yes, and so awesome there are tvs in Mellow. We were able to keep up with the college football games that were still going.

It is hard to beat a Mellow Mushroom Pizza and their beer cheese dip!

My husband and my favorite restaurant. Everyone is so helpful, and the food is perfect every single time.

It was me and my daughters first time at Mellow Mushroom and the service, food, and atmosphere was awesome. Definitely recommend this place. All staff were taking safety precautions by wearing mask the whole time and social distancing customers when they would seat them. Last but not least the calzones were amazing!

Very nice ambience and good pizza too

The food was good, but I have serious issue with the maintenance. I am in the ladies restroom to see tiles hanging, rusty supports and water damage on the ceiling. Not acceptable as it's a situation waiting to happen. As I am sitting at my table I can see under the double swinging half doors to the walking cooler. Ita not appetizing to be looking at a bag of trash that is laying on the floor by your cooler. My waitress was a smiling and helpful gem, Elan

Went and used a birthday coupon. Vegy pizza 🍕 and gluten free pizzas where good.

Thought it would be fantastic since I had a fantastic time in Birmingham at one. Smelled great and that's about where it ends. Undercooked pizza and also undercooked pretzel bites. Decent service, though it was so loud and the cashier spoke extremely quietly. Definitely not recommending this to any friends or family.

Best pizza place in Auburn ! If you are vegetarian , try the shitake mushroom pizza ! The staff is super fast . It's a little expensive though .

Auburn is a unique town with interesting shops to visit along with Auburn University's beautiful campus! Mello Mushroom's a great place to dine with a relaxing atmosphere. My calzone was outstanding. I didn't have much room left to try & taste my wife's pizza, but enough to endorse a delicious bite for sure. The service was very accommodating as well.

The pizzas were good. There was a lot of variety to choose from. Fun atmosphere and clean. If you like soup try the potato soup it was awesome. Definitely will recommend to others.

We loved this mellow mushroom way better than the one here in Columbus Ga! Hands down a must stop in Auburn! Service and food was awesome and we will def be back when we are in the area again! The streets and parking was a bit crowded but it was graduation of course so that can be expected!Update !!!!! So we made it out here finally and loved everything minus the garlic cheese bread . Wasn't original and first one was burnt. Otherwise yum and so good for the prices !!!

Great atmosphere and a good gluten free crust....

Ordered a gluten free pizza, it was supposed to come with extra cheese according to the menu. It came with hardly any cheese, when we asked the server about that, she said the menu was wrong. That's the wrong answer. Do what it says on the menu, or change the menu. The picture here is the cheese that was added after speaking to the server. There is still less cheese here than the amount that came on our other pizzas. And those weren't ordered with extra cheese. The gluten free pizza didn't taste bad, just disappointing. I hope for better results next time.

Fun little restaurant in the downtown area. Good food pizza. Not crazy about the biodegradable straws, but I get it.

I've been to other Mellow Mushrooms that were great, this one was not. The service was slow considering how empty the dinning room was and my food came out cold.

I always enjoy eating here. They have a decent draft beer selection, and the Pizza is always quick and tasty. Me and my girlfriend like to sit outside and share a pizza when we go. We always have leftover pieces to snack on at home and it's not too expensive(under $30). Staff is always quick and nice!

Typical college pizza joint-open on New Year’s and many major holidays when other restaurants might be closed. The restaurant is kid friendly, but seating limited and if you have young children getting apace for a high chair may be a challenge as the restaurant tends more toward elevated booths than tables. That being said, the staff is very kind and welcoming towards families with young kids. Located in the heart of Auburn, street parking is limited most days. Food is typical Mellow Mushroom (quite good), nice selection of beer and drinks.

Great service, great food. Accidentally forgot my leftover box, and after returning, it had already been thrown away. Without evening asking, the manager made me a new pizza and even delivered to us down the street!
